Hera

Hera is the Greek Goddess of the sky, queenship and sacred union – a figure of quiet authority, devotion and enduring strength. This sculpture is inspired by Hera’s serene presence above the world, reflected through shades of blue that echo open skies, calm power and timeless watchfulness. Butterflies fly within as symbols of ascent and grace, drifting effortlessly upward as if carried by the air itself, bridging earth and sky – reminders that softness and sovereignty can coexist, and that even the most delicate beings belong to vast limitless space.

Each resin God or Goddess sculpture is unique and handmade by myself. Small imperfections such as air bubbles/small chips are normal and to be expected. Please keep sculptures out of direct sunlight as this can tint the resin yellow over time. This figure is reduced slightly as she has balance issues – she’s a little fiddly to get into position. She can balance as shown in the image but she may benefit from being leaned against something or having an adhesive such as blue tack or a glue dot attached to the bottom to adhere it to the surface.
